Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Process Manager with expertise in Asana to support our client in managing and optimizing their internal workflows and relationship processes. This role is focused on streamlining operations, improving efficiency, and providing data-driven insights through the effective use of the Asana platform. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leveraging Asana for both project and process management.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient workflows in Asana for customer onboarding, sales pipeline tracking, and support processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and implement improvements to boost efficiency and enhance team productivity. Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and identify bottlenecks
  • Ensure customer data within Asana is accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized, conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and campaign performance, using data visualization tools to clearly present insights
  • Interpret data findings and deliver actionable insights to relevant teams to support informed decision-making and strategic planning
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to align workflows with overall business objectives, promoting cross-functional collaboration
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members to enhance their proficiency in using Asana for task and project management
  • Collaborate on integrating Asana with other CRM tools and platforms to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy
  • Develop and implement automation solutions within Asana to minimize manual tasks, streamline operations, and improve overall efficiency

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience using Asana and CRM systems; familiarity with other project management tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data management and reporting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively across teams
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in process design and workflow optimization is highly desirable
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
