Our client is a CySEC-regulated investment firm offering cutting-edge financial and investment technology services to high-net-worth professional traders and institutions. They are currently looking to hire a detail-oriented TPA - Dealing Desk Support to join their dynamic and growing team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the trading platform team, ensuring continuous upskilling and development to enhance efficiency and adapt to company growth
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and functionality of MT4/MT5 platforms, including pricing feeds, trading instrument settings, and system resources to ensure optimal platform stability and performance
  • Work closely with the Dealing, Risk Management, and IT departments to ensure platform configurations align with hedging strategies, trading requirements, and compliance standards
  • Lead the onboarding and integration process for Liquidity Providers, Institutional Clients, and White Labels into the company's ecosystem, ensuring smooth connectivity and data flow
  • Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to client order execution, server connectivity, APIs, and bridge performance across the company’s trading infrastructure
  • Conduct in-depth testing of internal systems and developments related to dealing operations. Provide insights for system enhancements and process optimization
  • Collaborate with IT to design and implement failover procedures, automated backups, and disaster recovery plans for trading platforms and FIX engines
  • Ensure timely reporting and documentation of system changes, incidents, and performance metrics to support internal audits and regulatory requirements

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • BSc/MSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the financial industry or a similar technical environment
  • Hands-on experience with trading platforms, particularly MT4/MT5
  • Familiarity with systems such as OZ Hub, XCore, T4B, or FXCubic is an advantage
  • Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the Forex market and its operational environment
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; able to work independently
  • Ability to review and test performance frameworks and provide structured feedback
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment and adhering to compliance guidelines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Willingness to work on rotating weekly shifts (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–00:00)
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
