  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of high-value partners
  • Design strategic sales plans that go beyond revenue to reshape markets
  • Lead commercial negotiations with confidence
  • Strengthen client relationships with insight and relevance
  • Champion marketing and promotional initiatives to elevate brand presence
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify untapped opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure go-to-market success
  • Deliver clear, strategic reporting to guide leadership decisions
  • Keep CRM data sharp, strategic, and focused on revenue

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • 5+ years of commercial or sales leadership success (maritime or B2B tech preferred)
  • A challenger mindset - strategic, proactive, and results-driven
  • Strong track record of exceeding targets and unlocking new business
  • Expertise in solution-based selling across complex portfolios
  • Excellent leadership, resilience, and commercial EQ
  • Exceptional communication and client advisory skills
