We're looking for a Spanish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join a fast-paced, dynamic team within the forex trading industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients across multiple communication channels, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding forex trading, accounts, and transactions via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, platform usage, and trading processes
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Assist customers with information about forex products, platform usage, account management, deposits, withdrawals, and other related services
  • Follow company policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards to ensure a high level of service and legal adherence
  • Share customer feedback to improve services and experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Previous experience in customer service and support, preferably within the financial or forex services industry
  • Knowledge of forex platforms, trading processes, and financial products
  • Experience in SaaS or tech-driven support environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, chat platforms, and support tools
  • A customer-first attitude with patience and empathy
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex forex concepts
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, especially in the context of financial transactions, forex trading platforms, and account management
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a high-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays
  • Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
