On behalf of our client, a well-established global RegTech provider, we are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth and manage the full sales lifecycle across regulatory reporting solutions and managed services.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to a strong B2B sales professional with deep knowledge of regulatory reporting and the financial services landscape.
Responsibilities:
- Drive new business and execute strategic sales plans
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to long-term client relationships
- Identify and engage financial institutions using market intelligence and network
- Collaborate internally to align client needs with product and service delivery
- Monitor regulatory developments (EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, etc.) and market trends
- Represent the company at industry events and support brand growth
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- University degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- Professional certifications such as CISI, CFA, FRM, or similar are an advantage
- 7+ years B2B sales experience in FinTech / RegTech
- Proven success selling SaaS or managed services to financial institutions
- Strong knowledge of EMIR, MiFID, MiFIR, SFTR and regulatory reporting
- Established network within financial services (compliance, ops, technology)
- Strong commercial, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven with experience managing long, complex sales cycles
