Our client, a well-established firm based in Limassol, specialising in corporate services, legal consultancy, administration, and trust services, is seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join its growing team.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, dedicated, and responsible professional with strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, capable of handling complex legal matters.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide legal support to corporate administrators on a wide range of corporate matters, including the drafting, review, and amendment of corporate documents and procedures such as memoranda and articles of association, minutes, resolutions, and powers of attorney
• Draft, review, and provide legal commentary on corporate agreements, including but not limited to share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, option agreements, loan agreements, and shareholders’ agreements
• Attend court proceedings, sign affidavits, and obtain court orders for various corporate matters, including company incorporations, amendments to memoranda, capital reductions, late filings, mergers, re-domiciliations, and similar procedures
• Assist in the establishment, administration, and ongoing management of trusts
• Support the preparation of applications and liaise with public authorities in relation to Cyprus citizenship and residency applications under the Cyprus Investment Program
• Review and advise on transaction structures and legal documentation from a Cyprus law perspective
• Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and related legal matters

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• University degree in Law
• Qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the ASP industry or a law firm
• Excellent drafting and legal writing skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
