On behalf of our client, a well-established firm specializing in corporate services, legal consultancy, administration, and trust services, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their team in Limassol, Cyprus.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible professional with solid expertise in corporate and commercial law, who can confidently handle complex legal matters with precision and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to corporate administrators on various corporate matters, including the drafting and amendment of corporate documents such as Memorandum and Articles of Association, board/shareholder resolutions, minutes, and Powers of Attorney
• Draft, review, and comment on a wide range of agreements and contracts
• Attend court proceedings, sign affidavits, and obtain court orders for corporate-related matters (e.g., company incorporations, amendments to constitutional documents, capital reductions, late filings, mergers, re-domiciliations, etc.)
• Assist with the establishment and administration of trusts
• Prepare and manage applications with various public authorities, including handling immigration matters, property transactions, and other regulatory processes.
• Review and provide legal opinions on transaction structures and legal documents from a Cyprus law perspective
• Handle property conveyancing and related legal formalities
• Provide legal advice on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• University degree in Law
• Qualified member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the ASP industry or a reputable law firm
• Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken
