Our client, a respected professional services firm, is currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Corporate Lawyer / Team Leader to join their team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior legal professional to take a leadership role within a dynamic and supportive environment, handling high-level corporate legal matters in both local and international contexts.

 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee corporate legal work related to Cyprus and foreign jurisdictions, including company formation, corporate governance, and ongoing compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including shareholder agreements, board resolutions, corporate structures, and M&A documentation
• Advise on and implement corporate reorganisations, restructurings, and cross-border transactions.
• Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency in legal work
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to provide commercially sound legal guidance

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Qualified Corporate Lawyer with extensive experience (ideally 6+ years) in corporate and commercial law
• In-depth knowledge of Cyprus Company Law and familiarity with international corporate structures
• Proven ability to manage complex legal matters with commercial awareness and strategic thinking
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
• Professional, proactive, and personable with a solution-driven approach
• Fully computer literate and comfortable using legal and business software tools
• Fluent in both Greek and English, with excellent communication skills
