Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Corporate Administrator to join our client’s team in Limassol. This is a full-time, on-site position ideal for a professional with proven experience in corporate and trust administration.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing daily corporate administrative duties, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting communication with clients. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Formation and ongoing administration of Cyprus legal entities
  • Liaising with the Registrar of Companies, including the preparation and submission of HE forms and relevant applications
  • Drafting legal documents such as Board Resolutions, AGMs, Power of Attorney, Subscription Agreements, etc
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal databases and company software systems
  • Providing daily administrative support for client companies

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration
  • Degree or professional qualification in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Familiarity with Quorum software will be considered an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of corporate and trust administration practices
  • Background in corporate services, legal, or finance is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related administrative software
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
