Job description

Our client, a well-established corporate service provider based in Limassol, is looking to hire a Secretary to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients upon arrival at the office
  • Organize and oversee daily office operations
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Manage document filing and record-keeping
  • Answer incoming calls and relay messages as needed
  • Prepare and manage office stationery and supplies
  • Maintain and regularly update the client database
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian or another language will be considered as a plus
