A well-established and growing financial services firm based in Limassol is seeking a highly motivated, organised, and reliable professional to join its team in a dual-role position combining office administration and corporate secretarial support.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office administration and secretarial operations
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests professionally
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Prepare, finalize, execute, and archive corporate documents
  • Support reception and front-office operations
  • Prepare and submit filings to the Registrar of Companies
  • Assist with drafting reports, letters, and official documentation
  • Coordinate multiple administrative tasks within deadlines
  • Provide ongoing support to management and the wider team

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Previous experience in accounting, legal, corporate administration or a similar role (considered an advantage)
  • A University/College degree
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong digital literacy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively within a team
  • Confidence in handling responsibilities independently and proactively
  • A pleasant, professional, and client-oriented personality
  • Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)

 

Working Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday: Flexible start between 07:30–09:00 and finish between 17:00–18:30.
  • Friday: Flexible start between 07:30–09:00 and early finish between 13:30–15:00.
