Job description

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Officer to play a key role in driving business growth. This role involves researching prospective clients, executing targeted digital outreach, supporting marketing initiatives, and managing day-to-day CRM activities.

 

The ideal candidate must be highly organized, an effective communicator, and motivated to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and key contacts
  • Use tools and platforms to gather prospect data and insights
  • Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and social media
  • Track and analyze outreach performance and engagement metrics
  • Support the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to execute lead generation strategies
  • Contribute to market research, including competitor and trend analysis
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and generate reports to monitor pipeline and conversion rates
  • Ensure timely lead follow-up and data accuracy in coordination with the sales team
  • Share regular updates with the Sales Manager on prospect progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Provide light account management support as needed

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, sales support, or marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and strong record-keeping skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Extensive experience using LinkedIn for research and outreach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Proactive, self-driven, and focused on delivering results
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
