On behalf of our client in the iGaming industry, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full client journey - from onboarding through ongoing support - ensuring a seamless and compliant experience. You will collaborate across departments to monitor workflows, track deliverables, and maintain transparency throughout each project.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end client journey, from onboarding to ongoing support, ensuring smooth and compliant operations
• Monitor and manage client-related tasks and workflows across internal systems to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
• Track client interactions, project timelines, and progress to maintain alignment with expectations
• Collect, verify, and securely store required client documentation in accordance with company policies
• Conduct regular reviews to ensure documentation completeness and compliance
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to address any documentation or procedural gaps
• Act as a liaison between business development, operations, and technical teams to ensure coordination on project goals
• Utilize project management tools to create, assign, and track tasks, ensuring clarity and accountability
• Maintain up-to-date project boards, timelines, and reports for full visibility across stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks or risks in workflows and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with Asana or other project management tools is an advantage
• Background in process design and workflow optimization is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
