On behalf of our client, a growing and dynamic audit and accounting firm based in Limassol, providing audit, tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, we are currently seeking a Partly Qualified Auditor to join their team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all stages of the audit process while continuing their ACCA/ACA studies and professional development.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of audit engagements
• Prepare audit files, working papers, and supporting documentation
• Perform audit testing and analytical review procedures in accordance with ISA
• Review accounting records and financial statements prepared under IFRS
• Liaise directly with clients for collection of audit information and supporting documents
• Assist with preparation of tax computations and statutory reports where required
• Identify audit risks, internal control weaknesses, and report findings to senior team members
• Ensure assignments are completed within agreed deadlines and budgets
• Stay updated with developments in IFRS, ISA, VAT, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Partly qualified ACCA/ACA accountant
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3+ years of previous audit or accounting experience
• Good knowledge of IFRS and ISA
• Knowledge of CaseWare or other audit software will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in both Greek and English
