We are seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or current university student with a background in accounting or mathematics who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional audit and accounting environment.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in bookkeeping and preparation of accounting records for clients
• Support senior accountants in preparing financial statements and management reports
• Help with audit assignments under supervision
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting files
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal procedures

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Recent graduate (or current university student) from high school with a major in Accounting and Mathematics
• LCCI Elementary to Higher qualifications will be considered an advantage
• Goal-driven, reliable, and eager to learn in a professional setting
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles
• Any previous experience (internship or part-time) in accounting or audit will be considered an advantage
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
