One of our clients, a prominent group of companies specializing in legal, corporate, accounting, and fiduciary services is looking to hire an HR Manager for their Limassol office.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard talented individuals, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process
  • Provide counseling and advice to staff members as needed
  • Initiate and oversee training and development programs
  • Resolve conflicts professionally through positive mediation
  • Conduct performance evaluations, wage reviews, and employee assessments
  • Develop and implement clear policies while promoting policy awareness
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports
  • Foster and manage a positive organizational and company culture
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and report accordingly
  • Handle workplace grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit processes
  • Uphold employee and workplace privacy at all times

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships 
  • Proven experience in L&D and coaching
  • Expertise in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures
  • Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to uphold and maintain workplace privacy
  • Competence in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
