Job description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our client’s team. This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, including full-cycle recruitment, HRIS maintenance, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating offers, and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop clear, engaging job descriptions
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline through job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies
- Maintain accurate employee data and records within the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Prepare and deliver HR reports for internal use, audits, and compliance
- Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process
- Prepare onboarding materials such as employment contracts, documentation, IT equipment, and welcome kits
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives, corporate events, and wellness activities
- Manage HR documentation including employment contracts, letters, and policy updates
- Ensure all HR files and employee records are up-to-date and compliant with internal policies
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role (preferrably within the FX industry)
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and recruitment tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
