Job description
On behalf of our client, a prominent and well-established group in the marine lubricants industry, we are seeking an Executive Coordinator to support the Managing Director. This key role will provide critical operational assistance, facilitating the efficient management of high-level tasks and contributing to the group’s continued growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening inquiries and directing them as appropriate
- Prepare, review, and draft reports and other key documents
- Organize meetings, including preparing agendas and presentations
- Provide support for special projects and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and the Group’s offshore offices
- Arrange business travel logistics and manage expense reports
- Safeguard and maintain confidential files and information
- Plan and coordinate corporate events and initiatives as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in executive or administrative support roles
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
- Adaptable, with a high degree of professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English
