One of our clients, a prominent fintech company specializing in tailored financial solutions for businesses of all sizes, is seeking to hire a Data Analyst for its Limassol office.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and evaluate data to generate ongoing reports
• Identify and analyze trends or patterns within complex data sets
• Apply analytical and modeling techniques to derive actionable insights that address business needs and drive organizational change
• Extract, analyze, and clean data from multiple sources to enhance product offerings and refine business strategies
• Leverage Business Intelligence tools to create reports and visualizations
• Manage and engineer data to support effective reporting processes
• Oversee the company’s reporting and analytics functions
• Act as a liaison between the company’s IT department, technology vendors, and various business units

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• A university degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BI Data Analyst role with similar responsibilities
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar interactive data visualization tools) and SQL
• Experience in the online payments industry is advantageous
• Proficient in analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and organizational abilities
• Technologically adept, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong command of the English language
