A client of ours in the Trustee and Private Client Services Industry is looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer for their office in Limassol.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a broad range of corporate legal matters, including managing administrative aspects for both Cyprus-based and international companies and trusts
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal and corporate documents
• Handle company incorporations, trust formations, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations/restructurings
• Provide expert legal advice with a strong commercial and business focus

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• Qualified Corporate Lawyer in Cyprus with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Extensive knowledge of Cyprus Company Law and Cyprus Trust Laws, including corporate structures
• Demonstrated experience in managing corporate legal matters within both local and international frameworks
• Strong drafting, organizational, and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing, motivated team
• Proactive, business-oriented mindset with robust problem-solving capabilities
• Proficient in using computer applications and legal office software
• Excellent fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
