On behalf of our client, a well-established firm based in Limassol specialising in corporate services, we are seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator to join their team and support the continued growth of their Corporate Services Department.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the incorporation and ongoing administration of Cyprus and international companies
- Preparing and filing corporate documents, including resolutions, annual returns, changes of directors/shareholders, and other statutory filings
- Managing corporate records and ensuring the timely submission of documents to relevant authorities
- Handling client communication and coordinating with third-party providers on corporate-related matters
- Liaising with the Registrar of Companies and other regulatory bodies
- Managing UBO Registers, Trust Registers, and Economic Substance compliance requirements
- Supporting day-to-day client interactions and ensuring high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- Solid understanding of corporate services and related administrative procedures
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (within a corporate services provider, law firm, or fiduciary services firm preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop, with strong time management and reporting abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken
