Job description

Our client, a well-established corporate service provider based in Limassol, is seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their team and contribute to the smooth operation of their corporate functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Incorporate Cyprus Companies and handle related documentation
  • Prepare and submit applications to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies (HE2, HE4, HE57 etc)
  • Prepare and submit annual returns (HE32)
  • Communicate with the Registrar of Companies to obtain relevant certificates
  • Execute agreements and other documents on behalf of the company directors
  • Prepare and execute various corporate documents including resolutions, minutes, instruments of transfer, share certificates, certificate of incumbency, powers of attorney, deeds of trust
  • Liaise with agents for company incorporations in different jurisdictions
  • Maintain accurate records of all corporate certificates, KYC documents, and company information
  • Prepare documents for certification, legalization, and apostille
  • Communicate daily with clients
  • Liaise with lawyers, accountants, and banking institutions

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • 4+ years’ of experience in a similar role in Cyprus
  • In-depth knowledge of the Cyprus Registrar Operations
  • Knowledge of KYC and due diligence requirements
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive team player
  • Fluency in both Greek and English
  • Proficient in both Greek and English
