We're partering with a world leader in maritime satellite communications who is looking to expand their team. If you're an experienced Commercial & Sales Manager ready to join an innovative, industry-leading company, this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and commercial strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets
  • Lead and manage a team if sales professionals, setting and tracking performance targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's client base
  • Manage key accounts, fostering strong, long-term client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and new projects with prospective clients
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and commercial outcomes
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to the executive team

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in sales and commercial management within the Shipping/Maritime
  • Exceptional mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influence skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organisational levels
  • ⁠Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Business acumen and industry expertise, as well as relevant laws and regulations
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Fluent in English
