Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our client’s dynamic team within the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic B2B partnerships, and expanding the client base across international markets. The candidate will be instrumental in identifying new opportunities, closing deals, and managing long-term client relationships in a fast-paced and competitive iGaming landscape.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy within the iGaming vertical, focusing on B2B clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the iGaming sector
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on iGaming industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Attend iGaming expos, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and account management teams to ensure alignment and support during the sales cycle
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the iGaming industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, including online casinos, sports betting, game providers, platforms, and affiliate networks
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to close high-value deals
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Excellent presentation skills and client-facing experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally to attend iGaming industry events and client meetings
  • Experience with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong plus
