On behalf of our client, a highly respected full-service law firm with nearly two decades of experience, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Litigation Lawyer to join their Litigation Department.

 

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients before courts and relevant authorities in matters related to civil, corporate, commercial, financial fraud, and white-collar criminal law
• Draft and file pleadings, applications, affidavits, letters before action, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies and legal opinions
• Liaise with clients, public authorities, and opposing counsel to ensure smooth case progression
• Manage case files, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely updates
• Provide strategic legal advice and lead settlement negotiations
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures, court rules, and ethical standards
• Collaborate with internal departments, including corporate and compliance teams, on multidisciplinary matters

 

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

• LLB (with Honours); an LLM, BVC or LPC is an advantage
• Registered member of the Cyprus Bar Association
• 4+ years of post-qualification litigation experience
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and case presentation skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-driven
