Job description
One of our clients, one of the leading land and property development company in Cyprus, is seeking to hire an Accountant for their Limassol office.
Responsibilities:
- Record accounting transactions, issue invoices, and perform data entry, including VAT preparation
- Calculate common expenses for managed properties
- Reconcile accounts (Banks, Customers, Suppliers)
- Reconcile and agree inter-company balances
- Perform additional tasks relevant to accounting duties as required
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- LCCI Higher, CAT qualification, or equivalent
- 3–6 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in property management accounting will be considered as a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good command of the English language
