Job description

One of our clients, one of the leading land and property development company in Cyprus, is seeking to hire an Accountant for their Limassol office.

Responsibilities:

  • Record accounting transactions, issue invoices, and perform data entry, including VAT preparation
  • Calculate common expenses for managed properties
  • Reconcile accounts (Banks, Customers, Suppliers)
  • Reconcile and agree inter-company balances
  • Perform additional tasks relevant to accounting duties as required

Required qualifications, capabilities & skills:

  • LCCI Higher, CAT qualification, or equivalent
  • 3–6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in property management accounting will be considered as a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of the English language
